This is a soft sausage with a cheesy texture, a hint of garlic and all the nutritional benefits of kale and cauliflower.. This one is a favourite with the kids.
INGREDIENTS: This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: great northern beans (16%), semolina, brown rice (16%), cauliflower (18%), bread crumbs, oats, potato, psyllium husks, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, kale (6%), non GMO canola oil, garlic, salt Sausage skins: plant based natural polysaccharides.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Pan fry with a bit of oil and cook until brown all over. If you want to slice them into smaller pieces, it's easier to cut first and then cook them. Try to keep the sausages separated from each other when cooking otherwise the skins may stick to each other and tear. These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.

If delivering to a unit please make sure access to building is accessible for the courier. They will leave outside building if no one is home as they cannot take perishables back to the depot. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if there is no access to your unit door.
ORDERING COLD PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING INFO: All orders containing cold products will be sent in an insulated cardboard box (where possible) with ice. 99% of our customers are not home at the time of delivery. The products are packed well for the journey, they are chill blasted to the coldest point possible and will be cold for the travel,the ice may be melted when it reaches you (that's normal). Just pop the products in the fridge or freezer in a timely manner. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave it on your doorstep as they cannot take perishables back to their depot - keep an eye out for an email letting you know your products have been delivered.

We can't ship refrigerated products to WA, NT, SA or Tasmania however we can send all our non-cold products anywhere in Australia by australia Post, please email us for details email@example.com. We do have a list of stockists on our website for most states (stockists don't stock our merchandise).

How much is the shipping cost? The courier company has increased their prices, but we still partially subsidise the shipping so it makes it affordable for everyone (but most customers are within the 5kg range).So your contribution towards the shipping is greatly appreciated. $12 flat rate for Sydney metro and most of outer Sydney regions, including Blue Mountains, Wollongong and Newcastle areas. All zones in QLD, VIC, ACT and some out of Sydney areas all start with $13 for 5kg (that's still rougly 7-10 packs of sausages, but not as many lasagnes) and then for every additional 5kg there is an additional charge of $5, this weight has to include the box and the ice. The shipping calculator will add this up for you. .
How long will it take to receive my order? As long as we have the products you've requested in stock, orders will leave our Sydney shop between 2-7 business days of receiving your order. Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days. An email from Fastway Couriers will be sent to you letting you know that your order has been shipped. The christmas deliveries are different so please check with us for these delivery dates. Delivery can be made to home or work and should be refrigerated immediately. Courier will not deliver to a PO Box.
Can I specify a delivery time? Unfortunately the courier company we use cannot specify a specific delivery time.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched? Yes Fastway Couriers will email you with update information to let you know how your delivery is going.
How long do your products keep for? All our products need to be refrigerated, our products are good for at least 4 weeks after the date we make them (with the exception of the seitan products with are 8 weeks), they will all be marked with a best before date. Our products are all totally fine to freeze and will keep a shelf life of 8 months. Once opened you have 4-5 days to consume your food.
Do you ship outside Australia? Unfortunately not at this stage.
